Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your appointment details.

  • Once a sample has been collected or dispatched to the laboratory, no refund can be issued.

Laboratory Processing Failures

In rare cases, a test may not be completed due to insufficient sample volume, sample degradation, or technical failure.
In such cases, we will offer one complimentary repeat test at our discretion.
Partial refunds cannot be provided for individual biomarkers or incomplete results.

5. Medical and Diagnostic Disclaimer

Our services are not diagnostic and are provided for informational and screening purposes only.
Laboratory results should not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis or to start, change, or discontinue any treatment.

Reference ranges are based on population data and may vary between laboratories.
If you receive results outside the normal range or experience ongoing symptoms, you must consult your GP or healthcare provider for medical evaluation.

Neither The Bloodwork Group nor its laboratory partners are responsible for clinical decisions made solely based on test results.

6. Turnaround Times

Estimated result turnaround times are stated on our website but are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to laboratory reanalysis, courier delays, or technical review.
Time shall not be of the essence in the delivery of results.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

To fulfil your test, your personal data and biological sample will be securely shared with our accredited partner laboratory, London Medical Laboratory (LML), or other approved partners for testing and doctor review.
